This site provides access to our software tools for the analysis of high-throughput small RNA data.
To use the site, please proceed to the 'plants' or 'animals' version of the toolkit or select a link from the navigation column.
Existing users of the site: please update your bookmarks for the new 'plant' or 'animal' toolkit start pages.
We are currently migrating the srna tools to the new UEA cluster therefore no jobs can be submitted to the srna-tools until this work is completed. We hope this work will be completed swiftly and hope no inconvenience is caused
Alternatively: A Java based sRNA workbench is available for download currently containing a subset of the sRNA toolkit functionality.
